Purchase Info: Upon purchasing an Individual Patient Plan you will be charged a one-time specified purchase fee and taxes to your payment method. Please note that there are no refunds for use of these resources post purchase.
The Clinic/Prescriber Plan involves the purchasing of a recurring, monthly membership fee and taxes. There are no refunds (partial or full) for cancellation mid-cycle.
Continuation of Clinic/Prescriber Plan: Your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis, charging the specified subscription fee and taxes to your payment method. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time through “Manage Subscription” in your therapist account. Please note that there are no refunds for partial periods.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically recur on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to cancel at a time of your choosing. Access: Your purchase will allow you access to the resources in the portal after creating an account with email and password.
Notice of Material Changes: You will be notified in advance of any material changes to the terms of service. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Self Assessment Responsibility: By purchasing access to this platform, you acknowldege these resources are to supplement your IV Ketamine Therapy but do not take the place of professional mental health support or psychological assessment.
